Novel Vol 9 Intermission: Ōdanna (The Marriage Promise)
This chapter has a big spoiler about Aoi-Ōdanna marriage promise (pic source ) I actually already started translating Vol 9 Ch 6 where Aoi gave Ōdanna his last bento before another big event happens… then I realised that there was a tiny moment at the start of Chapter 6 where it could have been interpreted differently… Hence I backtracked to one small intermission chapter narrated by Setsu. Since it’s only 7 novel pages, and because it contains the context of the "Promised Bride", I worked on it. I also translated the last two pages of Vol 9 Ch 5 which is a direct continuation of this intermission chapter. Btw, the title of this chapter is 'Ōdanna', but I added '(The Marriage Promise)' in the blogpost title to give hints about what the chapter is mainly about.
